The Linden Residences at 313 W. 17th St. is now 50% sold, more than a year before the anticipated delivery date for the project.
The 28-story tower will have 117 condos total — between one-, two, and three-bedroom units, as well as two-story penthouses. There will be about 5,000 square feet of retail and art gallery space in the tower as well. The luxury tower is one of the few new high-rises going up near the Texas State Capitol, although many see the area as prime for further development.
The developer, Reger Holdings LLC, anticipates residents will begin moving in next fall. Construction started in September. DEN Property Group is handling sales and marketing. Bartlett Cocke is the general contractor.
In June 2021, New York-based Reger secured $278.5 million in construction financing from Madison Realty Capital LP, to be used for The Linden and EastVillage on East Parmer Lane.
