We are thrilled to announce that The Linden has surpassed the 50% sold milestone and is going strong.
We are proud to reach this milestone more than a year before the anticipated delivery date. Construction continues to progress on schedule with the 2nd-floor slab poured earlier this month and the neighborhood is booming with a line-up of great events for spring and into the summer. We will continue to keep you informed as The Linden makes construction progress and hits new milestones:
- 3rd floor is expected to be poured by end of the month
- Utility work continues to progress
- The elevated Amenity Level is slated for July!
With this fantastic progress, the Linden team continues to hit milestones in both construction and sales and we are on track to deliver in late 2023 / early 2024. We are anticipating price increases soon so the time is now to take advantage of this pre-completion pricing opportunity.
