It’s a very exciting time for the future residents of The Linden.
The tower is approaching completion and the neighborhood is booming with the excitement of the start of a new semester at The University of Texas. It’s a fun time to be within a few blocks of so much energy with the return of college football weekends and a bustling UT campus. The Linden construction continues to progress we are approaching completion and are scheduled to deliver in late 2023 / early 2024. With continued sales activity there is limited inventory remaining so now is the time to take advantage of pre-completion pricing! - Glazing (glass) on the level 10 amenity deck underway
- Wood flooring & appliances are being installed up to level 13
- Wall and floor tile up to level 23
