With the center core coming out of the ground and reaching the 2nd floor, The Linden continues to make construction progress and hit these new milestones:
- The center core has come out of the ground and is reaching the 2nd floor
- The garage exterior wall on the south side of the building is also up to the 2nd floor
- Utility work is in progress
- Below grade waterproofing
With this progress, there has been a surge in sales, and we are almost 50% sold and on track to start delivery in Fall 2023. As the inventory of remaining residences decreases and construction progress continues, we anticipate pricing to increase until the remaining 50 or so residences are sold out.
