Daylight Savings Time is especially exciting for us at the Linden.
It gives us one more hour each evening to enjoy stunning views in each direction, whether overlooking the Forty Acres of The University of Texas, the majestic Texas Capitol, the scenic Hill Country or the vibrant Downtown Austin scene.
We’re happy to report that sales continue to be strong and we are now over 70% sold! The Linden Residences construction continues to remain on schedule and we are slated to begin delivery in the fourth quarter of 2023, so remember to get in touch with The Linden Preferred Lenders sooner than later. It’s never too early to utilize this resource!

- Six floors to go before building cladding (glass) is complete
- Two sides of garage screening complete
